one of the main signs those construction companies, paving or real estate use to show their information is an outdoor sign. a few popular outdoor signs are Corograuted, PVC, Polywood, and Composite Alupanel. The procedure is almost the same for all of them. today we are talking about one of the Coroplastic signs that we did for one of our customers.
For these types of signs, we can just print directly on the material, but to make cooler and more sign visibility we print part of the sign on reflective or any high vis kind of materials or we do and decal like our today example.
Sign Printing
for the above sign first, we separated the parts of the artwork which we decided to do as printed reflective material or pre-colored decals. Second, we printed the part of the artwork that we selected to be the printed background.
Cut Vinyl – Decal
Then we cut the customer logo and their website address on a nice metallic gold vinyl which was selected by the customer. one thing that you should know about the vinyl is using the air release vinyl which helps you to mount the vinyl easier and you can remove all remaining bubbles easily.
Vinyl Mounting
At this level, we need to pre-mask all decals which helps us to keep distance between each letter to transfer them to the sign.
